Vanilla Latte Butter Cream Frosting
Why I Love This Recipe
I love coffee and coffee candies and things flavored with coffee so when my sister mentioned this frosting (she got the recipe from a magazine and I can't remember which one)...I knew it would be wonderful!
Ingredients You'll Need
1/2 cup softened butter
3 teaspoons vanilla extract
1/8 tsp salt
16 oz powdered sugar
3 - 5 tablespoons milk
1 tablespoon instant espresso *
Directions
Beat butter, vanilla, espresso and salt until creamy. Gradually add the sugar and milk, alternating between the two, adding the milk 1 tablespoon at a time. Start with the initial 3 tablespoons of milk. If more is needed for desired consistency, add additional milk.
