Dirty Rice (NO LIVERS)
Why I Love This Recipe
Ingredients You'll Need
                                     1 lb ground beef 
                    
                                     1 cup raw rice 
                    
                                     1 green pepper (chopped) 
                    
                                     1 medium onion (chopped) 
                    
                                     1 can cream of chicken soup 
                    
                                     1 can French onion soup 
                    
                                     1 can water 
                    
                                     2 teaspoons cajun seasoning (to taste) 
                    
                                     1/2 teaspoon thyme 
                    
                                     1 minced jalapeno (optional) 
                    
                                     1 teaspoon hot sauce (to taste) 
                    
                                     2 green onions, chopped 
                    
                               
Directions
Brown ground beef and drain.
Mix everything together.
Bake in covered dish about 2 hours at 350.
Top w/ green onions before serving.
Note: You may substitute 1/2 pound ground meat and 1/2 pound sausage.
