AWESOME BREAKFAST PIE

Ingredients You'll Need
                                     1 can Crescent rolls
                    
                                     
                    
                                     1 pound ham or sausage, cooked and chopped
                    
                                     
                    
                                     1 cup hashed brown potatoes, loose pack frozen
                    
                                     
                    
                                     1/2 cup cheddar cheese
                    
                                     
                    
                                     1/2 cup Swiss cheese, shredded
                    
                                     
                    
                                     6 eggs, beaten
                    
                                     
                    
                                     1/2 cup milk
                    
                                     
                    
                                     1/2 teaspoon salt
                    
                                     
                    
                                     1/8 teaspoon pepper
                    
                                     
                    
                                     1/2 cup onion, chopped
                    
                                     
                    
                                     1/4 cup green pepper, chopped
                    
                                     
                    
                                     1 2-ounce can mushrooms, drained and chopped
                    
                                     
                    
                                     2 tablespoons pimiento, chopped
                    
                                     
                    
                                     2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese, grated
                    
                               
Directions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Separate dough into 8 triangles.
Arrange in ungreased 12-inch pizza pan to form crust; press edges to seal.
Sprinkle ham, potatoes, cheddar cheese and Swiss cheese over crust.
Combine eggs, milk, salt and pepper in a bowl; mix well.
Stir in onion, green pepper, mushrooms and pimiento.
Pour over layers.
Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
Bake for 25-30 minutes or until bubbly.
