Ingredients You'll Need
1 to 2 lbs. Frozen hash brown potatoes, thawed
2 1/2 cups grated cheese - half Cheddar, half Monterey Jack
1 pint half and half
1/4 lb. Butter, melted
1 green onion finely chopped
Fresh ground pepper (to taste)
Directions
Mix together, bake in buttered 9 X 13 dish uncovered at 325 degrees for 1 to 1½ hours
