Baker's Broomstick Brownies
Why I Love This Recipe
I got this from a magazine or Sunday paper years ago.
Ingredients You'll Need
4 squares Bakers unsweeted baking choclolate
3/4 cup(1 1/2 sticks) butter or margarine
2 cups sugar
4 eggs
1 cup flour
2 1/2 cups cold milk
2 pkg of 4 serving size Vanilla Flavor instant pudding & pie filling
Yellow and red food coloring
Directions
Mirowave choclate and butter on hig 2 min. Stir until choclate is completely melted.
Stir sugar into choclate, then mix in eggs, Then flour. Spread in 13x9 pan
Bake 30 to 35 min.
Take out of oven and Immedietly poke holes in to bottom of brownies 1 inch apart with the handle of a wooden spoon.
combine milk and pudding stir for 1 min, add 2 drops yellow food coloring and 4 drops red mix well then pour half the mixture into the holes.
let the rest of the pudding thicken slightly then pour over top
Chill at least 1 hour
