Ingredients You'll Need
Crust:
3 Egg whites
1 Cup sugar
16 Saltine crackers,crushed
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp vinegar
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 Cup chopped walnuts
Filling:
8 oz cream cheese
1 Cup confectioners sugar
1 tsp vanilla
8 oz Cool Whip
Directions
Crust:
Beat egg whites unti stiffened,gradually beat in sugar,baking powder,vanilla and vinegar.
Fold in cracker and nuts.
Bake 15-20 minutes at 350.
Cool.
Filling:
Combine cream cheese and sugar first then vanilla and cool whip.
Spread on top of crust and top with comstock pie filling(cherry) if desired.
