Ingredients You'll Need
5 carrots, sliced
8 potatoes, cubed
2 pound beef stew meat
2 cups water
2 beef bouillon cubes
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1 bay leaf
1 small can mushrooms
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1 tsp paprika
2 chopped medium onions
1/4 cup cornstarch or flour
1/3 cup water
Directions
Combine all ingredients except cornstarch and 1/3 cup water in slow cooker. Stir thoroughly.
Cover and cook 8-9 hours on low.
Mix cornstarch and 1/3 cup water thoroughly till lumps are gone. Stir into meat mixture. Cook on high till sauce is thickened (10-15 minutes).
