Behind-the-stove Rolls

Why I Love This Recipe
A good friend of mine gave me this recipe a few years back, and it has become one that I turn to when I want fresh bread, but don't have a lot of time. It requires no kneading and rising time is totally optional. Also optional is the use of a mixer to combine ingredients...I generally just use my muscles!
Ingredients You'll Need
2 Packets of Yeast (or 2-1/2 teaspoons)
2 Cups warm water (110-115 degrees Farenheit)
1/3 Cup Sugar
1 Tbl. Salt
2 Eggs
1/2 Cup melted Shortening (like Crisco), cooled a bit
6 Cups (more or less)all-purpose white Flour
Directions
Mix Yeast in a large bowl with Water and Sugar.
After 5 minutes, add Salt and Eggs; mix thoroughly.
Add melted Shortening and Flour; mix thoroughly.
Pinch off into balls, a little larger than golf balls and place touching, side-by-side in a greased 9X13 pan (mine is metal).
If you have the time, let them rise for about 45 minutes in a warm place, covered with a clean dish towel.
Bake about 30 minutes, till golden on top, in a pre-heated 350 degree F oven.
Remove from oven and immediately turn out of pan to cool, brushing tops with melted butter while still hot.
