My cooking club meets every month and we recently had an Ethiopian Pot Luck.
Here's the recipe for Berry & Avocado Fools.
Although this dessert is common in Ethiopia and several other African countries, it's origins are native to Britain. English Colonists introduced the confection and it quickly became a treat among the nationals.
Ingredients You'll Need
2 Cans of Sweetened Condensed Milk
3-4 ripe Avocados OR 3 small packs of fresh Blackberries
Juice of 2 Limes OR Juice of 1 Lemon
Directions
Smooth very well in food processor.
Refrigerate.
Top with whipped cream.
