Best Cream Cheese Frosting
Why I Love This Recipe
I may be biased because this is my mom's recipe for cream cheese frosting, but I've never had a frosting as good as hers. I literally eat it plain. And it's super easy, too, and can be halved or even quartered for a smaller batch.
Ingredients You'll Need
1 pound powdered sugar
1/2 cup (1 stick) butter
1 8oz. package cream cheese
1 teaspoon vanilla
Directions
Cream everything together in a mixer on low-medium speed.
Add shredded coconut, crushed nuts, raisins, etc. if you wish.
