Blintz Casserole

Super easy breakfasst casserole!
Ingredients You'll Need
2 packages of 6 Golden Cheese Blintzes (defrosted)
1/4 lb margerine
1 8 oz package of egg beaters (or 4-5 eggs)
1 1/2 C light sour cream
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/4 C sugar
Directions
Preheat oven to 350.
Place blintzes with fold down in one layer in a 2 quart casserole dish.
Melt margerine and blend with all ingredients - then pour over blintzes. Bake for 45 minutes
