Broiled Tilapia Parmesan

Why I Love This Recipe
I got this recipe from another website and tried it the other night. It was wonderful! My husband doesn't like fish very much, but he loved this. My 10 year-old liked it too.
Ingredients You'll Need
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup softened butter
3 tablespoons mayonnaise
2 tablespoons lemon juice (optional)
1/4 teaspoon dried basil
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/8 teaspoon onion powder
1/8 teaspoon garlic salt
2 pounds tilapia filets (about 5)
Directions
Mix the cheese, mayo, butter, and lemon juice together in a small bowl.
Add the basil, pepper, onion powder, and garlic salt.
Mix well, then set aside.
Tear off squares of aluminum foil for each filet, and spray aluminum foil with non-stick cooking spray.
Preheat broiler.
Place one filet in each prepared foil square.
Cover filet with Parmesan cheese mixture.
Fold foil over filets and arrange in a single layer on broiler pan.
Broil for about 5 minutes.
Unfold foil but leave sides up so topping doesn't slide off.
Broil for about another 5 minutes, until topping is browning or fish flakes with fork.
Be careful not to overcook the fish.
