Buttermilk Cookies

I also call these cookies Amish Sugar Cookies. Everyone loves these cookies. Hope you like them too!
Ingredients You'll Need
Mix together:
2 C. oil
3 C. sugar
4 eggs
Then add:
2 C. buttermilk
1-1/2 tsp. vanilla
6 C. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
3 tsp. baking powder
1-1/2 tsp salt
Directions
Thoroughly combine all ingredients. The mixture will be slightly runny.
Use a 1/3 C. measuring cup to spoon cookies onto an ungreased baking sheet.
This are big cookies - you'll probably only be able to get 6 on a sheet.
Bake at 375 for 7-8 minutes or until done.
