Caramel Cups

Ingredients You'll Need
                                     Dough: 
                    
                                     6 oz Philadelphia Cream Cheese (softened)
                    
                                     2 sticks butter (softened)
                    
                                     2 cups flour
                    
                                     
                    
                                     Filling: 1 bag kraft caramels
                    
                                     1/2 cup evaporated milk
                    
                                     
                    
                                     Frosting: 1/2 cup shortening
                    
                                     1/2 cup margarine
                    
                                     2/3 cup sugar
                    
                                     3/4 cup evaporated milk
                    
                                     1 teas. Vanilla
                    
                               
Directions
For dough, mix together the cream cheese,butter and flour. Make little balls and press into tassie pans. Open center to make a cup. Bake 15 min. in 350 deg oven
Filling: Melt Kraft Caramels in double boiler with 1/2 cup evaporated milk. Spoon
into baked cups.
Frosting: Combine butter & shortening then add sugar, mix well. Add milk in mix, it might curdle but just keep mixing and it will disappear. Add vanilla. Frost cups and sprinkle with crushed walnuts.
