Why I Love This Recipe
This was given to me many years ago from a co-worker and has always been my favorite carmel frosting.
Ingredients You'll Need
3/4 cups of Brown Sugar
1 stick of Butter
1/2 cup of Carnation evaporated milk
Directions
Boil for 5 minutes
