Why I Love This Recipe
Can't do better than a cold salad supper, on a hot summer's day! Unless it is to use fresh garden veggies to make it! You really can't see everything that's in it. Use as much lettuce, spinach, bacon, cheese & croutons as you like.
Ingredients You'll Need
                                     green leaf lettuce
                    
                                     baby spinach leaves
                    
                                     (both hand tore to bite sized)
                    
                                     1 red onion, sliced & in rings
                    
                                     2 cucumber, sliced
                    
                                     6 tomatoes, cut in bites
                    
                                     8 mushrooms, sliced
                    
                                     1 lb. ham, diced
                    
                                     1 lb. turkey, diced
                    
                                     bacon bits
                    
                                     
                    
                                     sharp cheddar
                    
                                     seasoned croutons 
                    
                                     3 hard boiled eggs, sliced in half or quaters
                    
                               
Directions
Wash & cut all veggies.Mix first 9 together in a large bowl. Transfer to a large plater. Top with cheese & croutons. Place eggs around salad. Just set salad plates on table with many kinds of dressing, & watch them dive in!
