Cherry enchiladas

Ingredients You'll Need
1 pkg. flour tortillas
1 can cherry pie filling
2 C sugar
1 1/2 C water
1 1/2 sticks margarine
1 oz. red food coloring
Directions
Roll 1 T of pie filling per tortilla placing seam side down in a 9x13 cake pan.
Stir all other ingredients together in a saucepan and bring to a boil.
Pour over enchiladas and allow to set for 40 minutes.
Bake at 350 degrees for30-35 minutes.
