Chicken and Broccoli Bake

Ingredients You'll Need
3 c. shredded cheddar cheese
l l/2 c. cut up cooked chicken
2/3 c. chopped onion
l pkg. (l0 oz) frozen chopped broccoli, thawed and drained
l l/3 c. milk
3 eggs
3/4 c. biscuit baking mix
3/4 teaspoon salt
l/4 teaspoon pepper
Directions
Heat oven to 400.
Mix 2 cups of cheese, chicken, onion and broccoli in greased pie plate.
Beat remaining ingredients except cheese until smooth.
Pour into plate.
Bake for approx. 25 to 35 minutes or until knife inserted in middle comes out clean.
Top with remaining cheese.
Bake until cheese melts one to two minutes.
