Ingredients You'll Need
14 oz fusilli pasta
2 cups cubed cooked chicken
1 small cucumber, chopped
1 medium red or yellow bell pepper, chopped
1 large tomato, chopped
3/4 cup V-8
1/4 cup lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon ground pepper
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 clove garlic
Directions
Cook pasta, drain and mix in remaining ingredients and serve
