Chicken, sausage bake

Why I Love This Recipe
I was invited to a casual dinner party at a friends house and she served this dish with a side salad and some crusty french bread. It was so easy I didn't even have to write it down. It can also easily be adjusted for large crowds or a simple dinner for 2.
Ingredients You'll Need
8 pieces of chicken (they can be any variety, all thighs, all split breasts, or mix it up)
1 can of corn with liquid (I prefer white kernal, but yellow is fine too)
1 lb of sage sausage (sweet italian sausage works well too), cut into bite size slices
4-6 medium sized red potatoes (skin on), cut into sixths or eights depending on size of potatoes
2 medium sized yellow onions, cut into quarters
1 head of garlic
2 Tblspoons fresh rosemary, coarsly chopped
Directions
Rinse and pat dry chicken
In a large roasting pan distribute chicken pieces, skin side up.
Add sausage, potatoes, onions, and garlic. Tuck some of the onion and garlic under some of the chicken and sausage pieces.
Pour corn and juice all over.
Sprinkle rosemary all over.
Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
