Chocolate Coconut Bon Bons

Why I Love This Recipe
My Mom makes these sinful bon bons every year. They are always a hit!
Ingredients You'll Need
2 - 1# boxes of powdered sugar or 1 - 2# package
1 cup butter, softened
1 small package angel flake coconut
2 1/2 cups chopped walnuts
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla
1 can Eagle Brand Milk ( don't sub.)
1 - 12 oz package semi sweet chocolate chips
1/2 paraffin bar ( household wax in a box by canning supplies in store)
Directions
Mix together all but chocolate chips and paraffin, use a very large bowl and wood spoon and lots of muscle.
Set in refrigerator 2 hours. Shape into walnut size balls. Put on waxed paper baking sheet. Freeze overnight.
Melt chocolate chips with paraffin in double boiler over medium low heat until melted. Stir to smooth.
Use toothpick to dip frozen balls into chocolate. Place on waxed paper cookie sheet. Twist toothpick to remove from each ball.
Store in fridge once chocolate shell has set
12 dozen balls or less depending on size.
