Cinnamon Grilled peaches

Ingredients You'll Need
                                     equal parts butter, brown sugar & Grand Marnier 
                    
                                     1 pinch salt
                    
                                     peach
                    
                                     cinnamon stick
                    
                                     mint leaf

Glaze-equal parts butter, brown sugar & Grand Marnier (maybe try 3 TB of each the first time?) & 1 pinch salt. Simmer the glaze on stove top.
Cut peach into half, remove pit. Cut each half in half again.
Skewer 1 peach quarter with cinnamon stick, add a mint leaf, add another peach quarter. Use a skewer, to puncture the peach quarter, if needed, to help ease cinnamon stick on.
Put on grill (outside grill, or george foreman) & baste with glaze.
Cook about 4-6 min per side. Turn when they begin to get brown. May baste again.
Another idea, skewer the peaches with vanilla beans instead of mint leaves for another flavor.
