Classic Beef Vegetable Soup

Ingredients You'll Need
                                     1 1/2 lb Round Steak, cut into 1/2" pieces
                    
                                     1/2 onion, coarsely chopped
                    
                                     2 celery sticks, sliced
                    
                                     3 large potatoes, cubed
                    
                                     4 cups low sodium beef broth
                    
                                     1 cup cabbage, coarsely chopped
                    
                                     3 1/2 cups frozen mixed vetetables
                    
                                     1 can no salt added tomatoes
                    
                                     1/4 tsp pepper
                    
                                     1 tsp dried oregano
                    
                               
Directions
Brown meat in skillet, cut into pieces, transfer to slow cooker. Add onion, celery, and potatoes. Pour broth over. Cook on low for 6-8 hours. Add cabbage, mixed vegetables, tomatoes, pepper, and oregano. Turn to high and cook until vegetables are done 1/2 hour to an hour.
