Why I Love This Recipe
This is a Kraft recipe, that came out of a “SBD living” free pamphlet I had delivered to my home, it came with a sample of a SBD snack bar.
Ingredients You'll Need
1 can: (6oz) tuna, drained, flaked
2 TB each: chopped green, red & yellow bell peppers
2TB sliced green onions
4 ts grey poupon Dijon mustard
2 kraft deli deluxe 2% milk reduced fat sharp cheddar cheese slices, halved
4 large leaf lettuce leaves
Directions

1 can: (6oz) tuna, drained, flaked
2 TB each: chopped green, red & yellow bell peppers
2TB sliced green onions
4 ts grey poupon Dijon mustard
2 kraft deli deluxe 2% milk reduced fat sharp cheddar cheese slices, halved
4 large leaf lettuce leaves
Mix tuna, peppers, onion & mustard
Place 1 cheese piece on each lettuce leaf. Top evenly with the tuna mixture. Fold in both sides of each lettuce leaf, roll up.
Serve immediately. Or wrap individually in plastic wrap & refrigerate until ready to serve.
Makes 2 servings, 2 wraps each.
