Why I Love This Recipe
My neighbor, Miss Jenny, made this for us last year, and it has been a family favorite ever since. Great with cook-out foods!
Ingredients You'll Need
2 cans white shoepeg corn
2 Roma tomatoes, chopped
1 green onion, chopped
1/2 stalk celery, chopped
2 tblsp chopped bell pepper
2-3 tblsp mayonnaise
Black pepper to taste
Directions
Chop, mix, chill, eat.
