Creamy Paprikash-ish Chicken (and Rice)

Ingredients You'll Need
                                     chopped onion
                    
                                     chopped garlic
                    
                                     chopped carrots 
                    
                                     chopped red peppers  
                    
                                     3-ish chicken breasts  
                    
                                     a can of chicken broth  
                    
                                     Salt and pepper 
                    
                                     sour cream 
                    
                                     paprika 
                    
                                     
                    
                                     cooked rice
                    
                               
Directions
First, sauté onion, garlic, carrots, and red peppers.
Brown the chicken in the saucepan with the veggies.
Leave it in the pot.
When the chicken is browned, but not completely cooked, add a can of chicken broth. Add Salt and pepper.
Boil for a while, until reduced.
Then stir in sour cream and paprika.
Heat through.
Stir it up, and serve over rice.
