Creamy Spinach

Ingredients You'll Need
3 tbls margarine
1/2 cup milk
1/8 tsp nutmeg
1/4 finely chopped onion
1/4 tsp salt
dash pepper
1/2 cup shredded Muenster cheese
1/8 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 10 oz pkg frozen spinach
Directions
Thaw spinach and drain juice. Pat dry with paper towel.
Combine all ingredients, expcept spinach, in a medium pot.
Heat over medium heat till cheese is melted. Stir frequently.
Reduce heat to low.
Add spinach. Stir frequently till heated through.
