Why I Love This Recipe


Ingredients You'll Need

3/4 cup chopped cooked chicken
1/2 medium apple, chopped
2 tablespoons celery
2 tablespoons light mayonnaise
1 tablespoon sugar-free apricot preserves
1 whole wheat pita bread, cut in half


Directions

For 1 or 2 Sandwiches


Mix all ingredients, except pita, until well blended. Cover.


Refrigerate at least 1 hour.


Fill pita halves with chicken salad.
