Delicious And Easy Chicken Marsala

Ingredients You'll Need
1/4 cup flour
1 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. basil
1/2 tsp. rosemary
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
4 chicken breast halves
1 tsp. minced garlic
2 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
2 tbsp. butter
8 oz. sliced fresh mushrooms
1/2 cup marsala wine
1/3 cup sherry
Directions
In a freezer/storage bag, combine flour and herbs. Add chicken breasts to bag and coat with flour mixture.
In a large skillet, melt EVOO and butter together, over medium heat. Add minced garlic, and then add chicken pieces. Brown chicken on one side (2-3 minutes), then flip over. Add sliced mushrooms and wine. Bring to a boil, then cover and reduce heat to low. Simmer 15 minutes. Flip chicken 1 or two times during simmer.
