Why I Love This Recipe
Ingredients You'll Need
1 c. warm water
1 tbsp. yeast
1 egg
1/4 c. cooking oil
1/3 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
Directions
Mix water & yeast
Add other ingredience, mixture will be sticky
Cover with cotton dish towel & let raise for 1.5 hours
Pat out & put on cookie sheet - makes 15 buns
Cover with towel again & let raise for 1 hourC
Bake a 375 for 20 minutes
Take off the pan & brush with butter (just enough to keep them soft)
