Easy Cheeseballs

Why I Love This Recipe
I make this for all of our family's winter hoilidays and this is a big favorite. I know I made something different for a summer holday and they were disappointed people there. So now, I make this into a dip for Summer events. I just eliminate the chopped pecans and don't chill before it's served.
Ingredients You'll Need
1 Block of Cream Cheese (softened)
1 Block of Sharp Cheddar Cheese (finely grated)
Garlic Powder (to taste)
Paprika (to taste)
Chopped Pecans
Green Onions (optional)
Directions
Mix cream cheese, garlic powder and paprika in standing mixer until well blended and spreadable.
Keep adding spices till it has the right flavor with a perfect amount of kick.
Add in the cheddar cheese and green onions.
Roll into a ball and roll into the chopped pecans and let it chill in the fridge for about an hour before serving.
I like to serve this with the Townhouse buttery crackers.
