Easy Chicken Pot Pie
Why I Love This Recipe
So easy and delicious. Great on a cool fall night.
Ingredients You'll Need
2 pie crusts- packaged or homemade
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 c. milk
1 pkg. frozen mixed vegetables
2 cloves of garlic, chopped
1/2 med. onion, chopped
1/4 t. each- thyme, ginger
Salt and pepper as desired
2 chicken breasts cooked- shredded (can use the canned chicken)
Directions

Make the pie crusts or take out of package, and place one in bottom of pie pan.
Combine all ingredients and stir to blend.
Be sure to thaw the vegetables before placing in mix. Pour chicken mixture into pie crust, and place remaining pie crust on top, pinch sides all around and bake at 375 for 30-40 minutes until crusts are done.
( I haven't tried using individual little bowls, but how fun to make individual pot pies!)
