Easy Southern Biscuits

Why I Love This Recipe
These biscuits taste just like the ones my great-grandmother was famous for. They're perfect when warm, with butter and honey.
Ingredients You'll Need
2 cups all-purpose flour (I use White Lily)
3 tbsp. granulated sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 cup unsalted butter
3/4 cup milk (preferably not skim)
Directions
Sift together flour, sugar, and salt.
Cut butter into mixture with a pastry blender (or a knife and fork) until crumbly.
Add milk and mix until a smooth dough forms.
Turn out onto a lightly floured surface and knead 2-3 times.
Cut with a 2" cookie cutter and place on a greased cookie sheet.
Bake at 375 F for about 20 minutes.
