Ingredients You'll Need
1 C soft margarine
1C powdered sugar
1/8 tsp. salt
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla
2 1/2 C flour
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. cream of tarter
Directions
Cream margarine, sugar and salt.
Add egg and vanilla. Sift flour, baking soda and cream of tarter together.
Beat into creamed mixture. This dough maybe chilled and rolled out and cut or chilled in rolls then sliced.
Baked at 350 for 8-10 minutes.
