French Onion Soup

Ingredients You'll Need
3 medium onions
3 tsp. butter
2 cans beef broth
1 1/2 cups water
French Bread
Mozarella Cheese (sliced)
Directions
Saute onions in butter. Add broth and water. Simmer for a few minutes. Put toasted bread into individual oven bowls. Pour soup over it. Put sliced cheese over top and put into oven on broil until cheese melts.
