Gingersnaps

Ingredients You'll Need
                                     1 C granulated sugar
                    
                                     3/4 C crisco
                    
                                     1 egg (beaten)
                    
                                     4 T molassis
                    
                                     2 C flour
                    
                                     2 t baking soda
                    
                                     1 t cloves
                    
                                     1 t cinnamon
                    
                                     1 t ginger
                    
                                     1 t salt
                    
                               
Directions
Mix together with hands, roll into 1 T size balls and roll in sugar. Bake in a 375 F oven for 8 minutes.
Remove from oven, flatten slightly with the bottom of a glass, allow to cool on sheet for 3 minutes, then transfer to cooling rack. Cool completely.
