Ingredients You'll Need
2lbs Hashbrown potatoes
2 cups sour cream
2 cans Cream of Mushroom soup
1/2 cup melted margarine
1 medium onion,chopped
2 cups grated cheddar cheese
parmesan cheese
salt to taste
Directions
Thaw potatoes slightly for easier mixing. Mix all ingredients together. Sprinkle parmesan cheese on top. Bake covered 1-1 1/2 hours at 350 degrees. Remove cover for last 15 minutes to crisp the top.
