Japanese Chicken

Ingredients You'll Need
4 Large Chicken Breasts
1 Egg, Beaten
1 Cup Flour
1/2 Cup Vegetable Oil
3 Tbsp Dark Soy Sauce
3 bsp Water
1/2 Cup White Sugar
1/2 Cup Brown Sugar
1/2 Cup White Vinegar
1 Clove Garlic
1 Tsp Salt
1 Med Onion, Chopped
Directions
Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees
Cut Chicken into bite sized pieces, dip in the egg and coat with flour.
Heat oil in a large skillet over medium high heat. Fry the chicken until browned. Add the onion and fry an additional 2-3 minutes. Place in a shallow baking dish.
In a small bowl combine soy sauce, water, sugar, vinegar, garlic and salt. Stir well and pour over the chicken and onion.
Bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes.
Serve over rice (we prefer to use jasmine)
