Ingredients You'll Need
1 stick of butter
8oz sour cream
17oz can of cream of corn
17oz can of kernel corn (undrained)
1 8.5 jiffy corn bread mix
2 eggs
Directions
Melt stick of butter. Beat 2 eggs. Add both corns and corn bread mix. Combine all ingredients.
Bake at 350 for 45mins-1hr. Depending on oven in a 9x13 dish.
