Why I Love This Recipe

Refreshing and Revitalizing Green Apple Juice provides vitamins and nutrients to body in no time. All fruit juices can be quickly absorbed by body. This drink contains high fiber which also help reduce the risk of obesity, heart disease and other body problems. It helps in muscle building, digestion and blood circulation and help to lose weight. Maybe the doctor was right when he advised an apple a day. Moreover, the sweet & tangy taste will be appreciated by one and all.


Ingredients You'll Need

1 Green Apple,
1 Cup Green Grapes,
2-3 Tbsp Mint Leaves,
2 Tbsp Sugar,
1 Cup Ice,
Salt & Pepper Powder to taste.


Directions

Take Green Apple, Green Grapes, Mint Leaves, Sugar, Pepper Powder, Salt and Ice in Grinder Jar.


Grind all the ingredients. If you wish to strain mixture, you may do so.


But, I advise to not to do so, all the fiber, which is very important for over body, is strained out to waste.


Put some Ice in a glass & pour the Drink. Sprinkle some Pepper Powder and garnish with some Mint Leaves & Grapes.
