This pasta is so easy to make and so delicious
I got this recipe from Giada's cooking show on the food network
Ingredients You'll Need
Salt
1 pound linguini
1/2 stick butter, room temp
1 1/4 cups finely grated pecorino romano
1 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 cup chopped arugula
Directions
Bring large pot of salted water to a boil. Add linguini.
Cook about 8 min
Drain, reserving 1 cup of the cooking liquid.
Immediately toss the hot pasta in a large bowl with the butter to coat. Gradually add the cheese, pepper, and cooking liquid over the linguini. Add the arugula. Season the pasta to taste with salt.
