Why I Love This Recipe


Ingredients You'll Need

1 cup miniature marshmallows
1 tablespoon water
1 1/2 pounds powdered sugar
Melt marshmallows in microwae or in a double boiler. combine water and knead in sugar until the dough is not sticky. I use my dough hook but you can probably use your hands. You may not need all the sugar.
let sit until cool.
Store wrapped in airtight container
Reheat in microwave to use it if it gets hard


Directions

Notes Hardens on outside stays soft on the inside


For chocolate, add 1 oz melted chocolate and 1 tablespoon for small recipe


may add flavoring, 1 tablespoon candy melts, or any type


can roll very thin without tearing


crisco on your hands may help handling


if string just add a touch more water and heart


may be used for roses,leaves...anything


do not use marshmellow cream


can be refrigerated


doesn't crack


doesn't tear like regular fondant

thanks for sharing this recipe! i have tried it as my first try for fondant and it went very good!! its not as too sweet and as too hard for regular fondants and i love eating it coz its a bit chewy..
