This épis goes with any meat (chicken, beef, pork, fish, etc.)
Ingredients You'll Need
Scallions
Garlic
Bell peppers (all the colors)
1 cup of mustard
1 cup of matouk’s
A small bottle of mabel’s green seasoning
Parsley
Cilantro
Olive oil
2 tsp of ginger
2 Chicken & 2 beef bouillon cubes
Directions
Add everything in a blender. Make sure to put enough olive oil to blend. Then put in refrigerator.
