Crunchy Tuna Patties

Why I Love This Recipe
The ingredients for this recipe are readily available. I always have canned tuna, eggs, mayo, and mustard. Perfect substitution when I don’t have crabs.
Ingredients You'll Need
2 cups of mayonnaise
4 cans of tuna
2 tsp of adobo seasoning
1 tsp of épis (homemade seasoning) -optional
1 tsp of matouk’s
1 egg
1/2 tsp of vinegar
1/2 tsp of lemon
1 tsp of crushed red pepper
Green bell pepper
White onion
Crushed Kellogg cornflakes (you can use any bread crumbs)
Vegetable oil for frying
Directions
In a bowl, whisk mayo, adobo seasoning, épis, egg, vinegar and matouk’s together
Then, add tuna, bell pepper and onion. Mix well with mayo mixture.
Then, add crushed Kellogg cornflakes (don’t put a lot; just enough to hold the cake together and to make it crunchy)
Fry the tuna patties in olive oil, about 3 minutes per side over medium heat. Enjoy!
