Why I Love This Recipe

Love to make these cause I love crabs. And they’re easy and quick to make.

Ingredients You'll Need

3 cans crab meat (culinary reserve)
1 lb jumbo shrimp
1 cup regular mayo
1/2cups chipotle mayo
2 tbs Dijon mustard
1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
1/4 cup cajun
1/3 cup old bay
Onion
1 chopped green onion
Bell pepper (green)
2 eggs
2 tsp lemon
Bread crumbs

Sauce ingredients:
Butter
Garlic
Lemon
Parsley
Matouk’s
Old bay
Cajun

Directions

In a bowl, add both mayo, mustard, eggs, old bay, cajun, and Worcestershire sauce. Then whisk. Taste to see if it has enough salt, acid, etc.
Then add crab meat and cut shrimps. Mix together. Then, add small cut onion, green onion, bell pepper and bread crumbs. Mix
Heat oven to 400 degrees. Place in oven for 20 minutes or until golden in your liking.

Spicy garlic butter sauce:
In a large hot pan, put butter (medium to low heat)
Once butter melted, add chopped parsley and garlic.
Add matouk’s (just enough to give that spicy taste)
To finish, squeezed in lemon and add some more parsley

Pairs Well With

You could have them with salads, fries or just eat them like that
