Steak served with Baked Mashed Potatoes & Stir Fry Veggies

This dish was fun to make. Everyone enjoyed the food. My dad loved the mashed potato
Ingredients You'll Need
Mashed Potatoes:
1 cup carnation milk
1/2 cup butter (melted)
1 cup grated Parmesan
5 big Idaho potatoes
1 egg
1/4 cup bread crumbs
1 cup mayo
Steak:
5 big steaks with bones
2 tbs épis
1/2 cup brown sugar bourbon
2 tbs browning sauce
Mango salsa:
1 white onion chopped
1 red onion chopped
1 yellow pepper chopped
1 tsp tajin seasoning
1 tsp balsamic vinegar
1 tsp soy sauce
1/3 salt
1/2 tsp lemon
Veggies Stir Fry:
1 bag Wellesley Farm veggie stir fry
1 tsp olive oil
1 tsp soy sauce
1/3 salt
Directions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees
coat a baking dish with butter or olive oil and set aside.
Cook the potatoes in a pot of boiling salted water for about 20 minutes (could be more depends on how big the potatoes are)
Mash the potatoes very well. Then, add melted butter and milk
Mix in parmesan
Season to taste with salt
Transfer the well mixed mashed potatoes to the prepared baking dish.
Sprinkle Bread crumbs over the mashed potatoes
Bake, uncovered, until the top is golden.
Steaks:
Heat up a skillet to medium to high
Add olive oil
Pan seared the steaks on both sides for 8 minutes
Removed steaks and place them on a baking pan
Heat oven to 375 degrees
Put steaks in oven for 45 minutes
Mango Salsa:
In a bowl, put everything together and mix.
Put in a fridge until steaks are done cooking
Veggies Stir Fry:
In a medium to high heat skillet, add olive oil
Then, add the veggies and stir. Let it for 10 minutes
Then, add soy sauce and salt
