Why I Love This Recipe

Can never get tired of eating tuna. This is by far the best tuna salad I’ve made. Can be served on toast, cracker, cucumber slices. Usually, these sliders are served as appetizers but for us, Haitians, we’ll eat them anytime during the day

Ingredients You'll Need

4 cans of tuna
1 medium tomato sliced
Lettuce leaves
1/2 small white onion diced
1/2 green, red, orange & yellow bell peppers diced
1 cup chipotle mayo
1 tbs Dijon mustard
1/2 tsp cajun
1 tsp soy sauce
1 tsp lemon
1 tbs old bay
1/4 tsp sesame oil
1/4 black pepper & salt
Celery- diced into very tiny pieces

Directions

Open the cans of tuna. Drain the water away completely
Add tuna in a bowl. Stir in: mayo, mustard, soy sauce, celery, onion, bell peppers, oil and lemon juice
Mix well and season to taste with pepper, salt, old bay & cajun
Heat up oven in 350 degrees
Place mini buns on a pan sheet and brush with melted butter. Put in oven for about 2-5 minutes
Line bottoms of buns with lettuce. Top each with 2 tablespoons tuna mixture, 1 tomato slice and top of buns.
