Pan Seared Tuna Steak

Why I Love This Recipe
I gotta tell you first time cooking and eating tuna steaks. And it came out wonderful. It was so flavorful and delightful! They were served with boil plantains. Mom and dad enjoyed. Even my lil sis, Garryne enjoyed it!!

Ingredients You'll Need
3 medium frozen tuna steaks
2 tsp épis
2 tsp McCormick brown sugar bourbon
1 tsp adobo
2 tbs olive oil
1 tsp matouk’s
1 tbs Kame rice cooking wine
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp La Choy soy sauce
2 tbs water
1/2 Garland food garlic
2 tsp lemon
1 yellow & orange mini bell peppers
Dried parsley
Directions
Rinse the steaks and pat dry
In a bowl, marinate the steaks with épis and McCormick brown sugar bourbon and let it for about 1 hr or more (could marinate overnight as well)
In a skillet, on a medium heat, add olive oil
Add the steaks and let them sear for about 8 minutes on both sides
In the bowl you marinated the steaks, add soy sauce, wine, Worcestershire sauce. Stir
Remove the steaks from skillet and set aside on a plate
Add olive oil in the skillet. And then, add garlic
Add the mixture sauce. Stir. Then, add water, adobo, matouk’s and lemon. Stir (make sure to make enough sauce to coat the steaks with)
Add the seared steaks in skillet and coat with sauce. Add some more lemon
Add the mini peppers and parsley

Baked potatoes, sautéed asparagus or broccoli
