Mini Chocolate Chip Cookies

Why I Love This Recipe
I got these cookies off of the Weight Watchers website. I've been trying really hard to lose weight, but I couldn't see how I'd do that if all I ever wanted to do was eat cookies. These were super tasty, even my bff (who hates "diet" food) loved them when I sent some to his army base.
Ingredients You'll Need
1 Large egg white
2 Tbsp butter
1/8 tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla extract

3/4 cup AP flour
1/2 cup dark brown sugar
3 oz semi-sweet chocolate chips
Directions
Preheat oven to 375ºF.
In a medium bowl, cream butter, oil and brown sugar together. Add vanilla, salt and egg white, and mix together thoroughly.
Mix together flour and baking soda. Add chocolate chips and stir to distribute evenly.
Drop rounded half-teaspoons of dough onto a nonstick baking sheet.
Bake cookies for 4 to 6 minutes, then cool on a wire rack.
