Mint frosted brownies
Why I Love This Recipe
This recipe came about when I got some york peppermint Mint chips in a package and they were all melted, my son thought it should be fosting, so thats what I did.
Ingredients You'll Need
1 Package of your favorite brownie mix, we like Betty Crocker
the stuff to make them.
1 bag York Pepper mint patty mini's(I'm not sure how big they started out as for they were melted but they were not wrapped)
Directions
Bake brownies as directed.
In a microwave safe bowl melt the York peppermints, until smooth.
Spread onto the brownies and let cool. Cut into bars.
